Sowerby Footwear

← Back to the Black Book

Family-run Sowerby Footwear has been crafting its quality, leather Dealer boots since 1927, and the British brand has changed little since then. The current range of men’s boots is made up of traditional designs and leather finishes with either hand-stitched toe caps or the classic brogue look.

Perfect for tramping the countryside with the dogs, tending your animals or even dining out – these boots are hard-wearing and practical as well as stylish and are made for town and country living.

The current collection includes The Cheltenham, The Appleby, The Worcester, The Stanton and The Aldershot with two new additions to the range, The Camden and The Winchcombe, available for Autumn/Winter 2014.

Sowerby boots are available at independent retailers across the Cotswolds, including The Famous 1886 (www.thefamous1886.com), The Cotswold Tailor (www.thecotswoldtailor.com) and Broadway Gun Room (www.broadwaygunroom.co.uk)

The Sowerby family has been crafting exceptional boots since 1927 when brothers’ Arthur and William opened a chain of stylish shoe and repair shops across the midlands.

First worn by hard-working land owners, Dealer boots are ideal for both town and country living and perfect for the fashion conscious modern man, as well as the discerning traditional gent.

Combining quality, reliability and style our range has stayed true to the original manufacturing traditions, fit and designs and is now a British brand recognised the world over.

Made from high quality leather, Dealer boots are adaptable to a wide range of environments – from the great British countryside to stylish city hot spots.

The third generation Sowerby family remains committed to building an internationally-acclaimed brand from its base in the Cotswolds.
